Special Instructions

*If this is your first appointment with us please be aware that we are a corrective results oriented clinical spa. Although some treatments we offer can be relaxing, we are not a typical tranquility spa. *For Laser hair removal please shave 12-24 hours before your appointment; "5 O'Clock Shadow" is preferred for best results. *Refrain from alcohol and blood thinners for most treatments.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $25. Some of our staff are by appointment only. Our Team of Licensed Professionals are paid commission when they provide a service and only come to the office when they have a confirmed appointment, so it is imperative that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice should you need to change or cancel your appointment. It is how they make a living and provide for themselves and their families. Your appointment is reserving time on their calendar and it is preventing another client from doing the same. All that we ask is that you extend the courtesy to notify us in a timely manner (24 hours) should something change and you are unable to keep your appointment. If you no-show your appointment, you will be charged a $25 inconvenience fee automatically.
